I have recently moved to North Riyadh and I am looking to establish a long-term (3 or 4 years) relationship with a qualified professional cook or chef to teach my wife and I how to cook dinner in the style of Lebaneese, Indian, and Asian food using local spices, vegetables, and meat.
I would like to begin with going shopping for a minimal amount of required equipment and ingredients, and then start cooking. We are NOT very interested in learning how to prepare any deserts or sweets.
Maybe twice per week for a few months, and then once per week for a few months, followed by once per month for learning some special meals.
What would your fee be, for example, to teach us where to shop, followed by a cooking lesson that ends with a fine meal, say twice per week for two months, just to get us started.
I am sure that once we have pruchased some equipment and ingredients, when we plan a meal, we can do the shopping.
Are you interested in this sort of thing, and if so, what is your availability?

hey, i’m replying to sahar and yes i agree that kinetico is too expensive and not useful there is a center called nuhorizon which is much better than kinetico and manahil. i hope that helps!
