Today, I visited Axiom and saw that they finally released the iphone 3GS in the Kingdom for a staggering price of 4,500 S.R.! I was shocked when I heard the price, I asked the salesmen for the price 4 times! Knowing that in the states and other countries (EU), the iphone 3GS is priced at reasonable prices starting at $199 (750+ S.R.) only with a 2 year contract, without the contract the iphone 3GS pricing starts at $700 (2,625 S.R.). In my opinion, the price craziness is due to the fact they are not signed with apple, therefore see a chance to take advantage of those who want cracked phones. Nevertheless, Saudi authorities should be monitoring the market more closely. Personally, I’m going to sit back and wait until I find a better deal.

i believe Nokia N97 is in league with OMNIA in features priced between 2200-2500 in Riyadh.

i did buy 3GS for 4000 SR…
the employer in Mobily said that he don’t know when this phone will come but he told me the price will be about 5000 SR ! (that was before 2 weeks ago)..
in Extra store, they’re selling it at 5000 SR (that was before 2 weeks ago).
I think u guys should wait for 2-3 months then the prise might get low !!!!

yes apple is an apple, but compared with other mobile phone with nice specs and very usable phone… iphone doesnt give any justice with such price..
i would rather buy blackberry bold9000 with nice camera resolution, fast internet speed nice audio and lots of applications where you can enjoy in just a click and lets not forget with an affordable price of 2400sr only….
i would recommend also the n900 nokia phone it will be out very soon

no wondor, i guess iphone price already drop around the world. and just want to share with everyone, i got a free apple iphone 3gs 16gb from this site.
