The International Organization for the Etourism Industry (IOETI) is organizing and sponsoring a workshop at the 2nd Riyadh Travel Fair 2010 being presented from June 2-3, 2010 in the capital city of Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Lee Hunter, the head of YouTube marketing for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, will present “Travel Trends and Keyword Advertising – Making the Most of Google.” In this session, he will go through the latest trends in video and show participants things that Google likes – things worth knowing about that will surprise you.
Jamie Murphy, professor of eMarketing at the University of Western Australia, will go through the crucial first step in eTourism – online customer service – in his session titled, “Online Customer Service – Gaining and Keeping Customers.” These two presentations are at opposite ends of the technology spectrum. Mr. Hunter will show the audience the future, and Mr. Murphy will show mandatory steps needed for today.

IOETI is a non-profit organization established in Italy, which aims to serve all elements and parties involved in the E-tourism industry in the Middle East and developing countries.  It is hoped that IOETI will open new channels of information and communication to all members.  This will ensure that all members reach the highest level of professionalism.  IOETI will also provide training and educational programs for its members, instructed by leading experts in the E-tourism industry.
