يمثل المعرض الأول لفرص التوظيف والتأهيل والذي يعقد تحت رعاية معالي وزير العمل الدكتور غازي بن عبد الرحمن القصيبي في الفترة من 9- 11 / 6/ 1431 ه الموافق 23 – 25 / 5/ 2010 م فرصة للمنشآت التعليمية ومؤسسات ومراكز ومعاهد التدريب الحكومية والأهلية لإلقاء الضوء على أنشطتها لتأهيل الشباب على أسس هادفة إلى التوظيف من خلال منهجية برامجها في تحقيق التوافق بين المهارات التي يكتسبها الفرد وبين متطلبات التوظيف، كما أنه مناسبة لإبراز جهود الجهات الحكومية وشركات ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص المعنية بالتوظيف للتعريف بالوظائف المتاحة بها وإحتياجاتها من التأهيل وأيضا ما لديها من تميز في مجال توطين الوظائف.
كما يتسم المعرض بأنه الأول من نوعه الذي يوجه إلى كافة فئات الشباب من الجنسين وأيضا من ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة تقديرا لهم بإعتبارهم أعضاء فاعلين في المجتمع
